Nature of services

Coaching and energy work are not a substitute for medical or psychological care. If you are in crisis, please reach out to a qualified clinician. The services offered are complementary in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Booking and cancellation

Sessions can be rescheduled up to twenty-four hours in advance at no charge. Cancellations or changes made less than twenty-four hours before the session may be subject to a fee at the practitioner's discretion. If a session needs to be cancelled by the practitioner, you will be offered a full reschedule or refund.

Confidentiality

Everything shared during sessions is treated as confidential. No personal details or session content will be disclosed without your explicit written consent, except where required by law.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of Hend Zaklama unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or redistribute this content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Hend Zaklama shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of these services. The total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific session in question.

Agreement

By booking, you confirm you understand the nature of this work and accept these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
