I am a Reiki Master, sound healer and certified life and health coach based in Dubai. My work weaves together psychology, energy and the body so that growth feels honest rather than performed.

My story
A short, honest beginning.
I grew up between two languages and a few cities. Adaptable on the outside, often quietly tired on the inside. By my late twenties I had built a life on momentum and quietly noticed that the momentum no longer fed me.
A long weekend retreat changed the direction. For the first time in years I felt still in my own body. The mystery of what made that possible became my study.
I trained for the next decade — Reiki, sound, coaching, somatics — and built a practice from what kept working in my own life and in the lives of the people I sat with. Today, that practice is the closest thing I have to a calling.
