What it is

A grounded overview.

A sound healing session begins with a short conversation about how you are arriving. You then lie back, fully clothed, supported by cushions and blankets, while the bowls and tuning forks move around your field.

The sound is gentle, never overwhelming. People often describe the experience as floating, deeply still, or like falling into a soft and protected sleep.

Do I need experience with meditation?
Not at all. Sound does the work. Your only job is to listen.
